Underground by May Sun
Addressing a fragment of the neglected history of Californian agricultural workers, specifically, Chinese immigrants, this recent acquisition to MOCA's permanent collection includes a dramatic spiral path lined with farm tools, crates of fragrant oranges hanging on a nearby wall and historical and contemporary photos and maps. -
