Join us at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA for Sunday Studio, MOCA’s quarterly party for art lovers of all ages. Make cool art, learn a sustainable skill, shop the holiday market, join our family dance party, grab a bite, and see Olafur Eliasson: OPEN. Admission to the exhibition is free with proof of registration to Sunday Studio.

MOCA Mart features a curated selection of vendors, including 69 / Meals, A History of Frogs, Atelier Enfants / Atelier Éditions, Bailey Hikawa, CERAMRAP, danbi, Francine Banda, GABRIELLE ROSENSTEIN, Goyo, heymugi, LE FEU DE L'EAU, Leeann Huang, Mare, Milk Teeth, Seth Bogart x John Waters / Wacky Wacko, Ten Ten Photosynthesis, and Vacancy Projects. Attendees can also enjoy food available for purchase from Hugh’s Hot Bowls.

The afternoon also offers Sustainable Skillbuilding: Let's Get in a Pickle Together, a family friendly hands-on pickling workshop, introducing basic concepts in fermentation and vinegar pickling for the home kitchen. Learn extra pickling tips and insights drawn from the diasporic culinary heritage of Los Angeles-based fermented food instructor Jess Wang.

All About Optics! art making workshop invites participants to create their own optical devices and play with light after experiencing Olafur Eliasson: OPEN.
