Quiet Mornings: Art x Mindfulness @ MOCA

All Ages

Quiet Mornings is a one-of-a-kind event, pairing a guided meditation exercise with the opportunity to experience a truly unique, immersive artwork. After an acclaimed run at MoMA in NYC, our partner Flavorpill is bringing the inspiration to LA. Join us for Quiet Mornings LA on Saturday, May 5 at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Little Tokyo.

Enjoy The Theater of Disappearance, Adrián Villar Rojas' powerful site-specific work, and a group meditation session led by Adriana Marie Rizzolo.

Adriana Marie Rizzolo is a yogi, healer, and writer based in Los Angeles. She leads “Power of Love” teacher trainings and retreats all over the world that focus on returning to the natural ways of the sacred feminine, meditation, movement, yoga, chanting, self-inquiry, and writing. As a spiritual teacher she serves as a guide on the path of uncovering the authentic heart and illuminating the power of choosing love above all else as a way to transform hardship into growth. Her approach is one that is full of traditional teachings she gathered from India. Her mission is to liberate and support others in using their shadows to fuel their creative offerings as a way to bring balance and upliftment into the world. Rizzolo has over 10 years of experience in both teaching and facilitating, and uses sound and voice as a portal for group and individual healing. Connect with her @artofloving.

Quiet Mornings is FREE for MOCA members and $10 for general admission, with tickets available in advance.
