Member Event

Members' Preview Days:
Friday, October 12, 11am–6pm
Saturday, October 13, 11am–1pm

MOCA members are invited to get a first look at One Day at a Time: Manny Farber and Termite Art before it opens to the public and before the opening reception. The exhibition features 33 artists and more than 100 carefully selected works of painting, sculpture, photography, film, video, and sound dating from the 1950s to the present. The exhibition is conceived as a cross between a monographic exhibition and a group show—an experiment in exhibition-making inspired by the American painter and film critic Manny Farber’s legendary underground essay “White Elephant Art vs. Termite Art.”

This event is open to all MOCA members. To become a member or upgrade your existing membership, please call or email the membership department.
