Abstract Painting Since 1960 featured paintings from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, including examples of color-field, minimal and hard-edge work from such artists as Ellsworth Kelly, Morris Louis, Agnes Martin, John McLaughlin and Frank Stella. Along with Postwar Abstraction: 1945-60; a historical context for The Image of Abstraction.
