The Compulsion to Repeat: Repetition and Difference in Works from the Permanent Collection

Displaying paintings, sculptures. photographs, and works on paper from the 1960s to the present, the exhibition examined the theme of repetition in contemporary art. It included works by Robert Smithson and Zoe Leonard that were recent acquisitions for MOCA's collection, as well as works by Richard Artschwager, Donald Judd, Sherrie Levine, Sol LeWitt, Brice Marden, Allan McCollum, and Stephen Prina among others.
