A twenty year retrospective of Martin Puryear’s sculptural work, Martin Puryear presented over forty of the artist’s sculptures from 1974 to 1990.
The exhibition traveled from the Art Institute of Chicago, to the Hirshhorn Museum, Washington, DC; MOCA; and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.The exhibition was organized by Neal Benezra, the Art Institute of Chicago.
