Focus Series: Judy Fiskin: Some Photographs, 1973-1992

A selected survey of forty-seven photographs, ten of which had been recently purchased for MOCA's permanent collection, by this LS-based artist which examined the aesthetic decisions behind vernacular architecture, popular culture and art.

The exhibition was accompanied by an artist's book.

Focus Series: Judy Fiskin: Some Photographs, 1973-1992 was part of the museum’s Focus Series (1992–1998), which was dedicated to presentations of distinct bodies of work by artists working in all media and featured a roster of distinguished local and international artists.
