Look, engage, create. Sunday Studio is MOCA’s free, drop-in gallery exploration and studio art program for all ages and experience levels. Start with a discussion ofKerry James Marshall: Mastryand explore the artist’s diverse and joyful depictions of African Americans in portraits, landscapes, interior scenes, and paintings of historical events. Then visit MOCA’s outdoor art studio for related art-making activities with MOCA educators, teen interns, and Sunday Studio Artist-in-Residence Patricia Fernández.
