In KCHUNG PUBLIC: Comment, KCHUNG Radio presents an opportunity to explore the asymmetrical channels of messaging in which the people are made to listen to the views of their government, but their government is not listening to the people. PUBLIC Comment is a podium and mic connected broadcasting just within range of Los Angeles City Hall, allowing the public to amplify their comments towards city hall, bypassing the bureaucratic structures that prevent and problematize representative democracy.
