To celebrate the opening ofOne Day at a Time: Manny Farber and Termite Art, renowned writer Jonathan Lethem joins exhibition curator Helen Molesworth to discuss Farber’s notion of “termite art”—an exploration of the problems and pleasures of the everyday—as it appears within fine art, cinema, writing, and life. Lethem is a contributor toTermite Deluxe: Manny Farber Writings and Paintings, a forthcoming volume exploring Farber’s life and work.
Priority tickets are available to MOCA members one hour before the program. Fifteen minutes before the program begins tickets will be released to non-members. One ticket per person on a first come, first served basis. Early arrival is recommended.
