Meteorology (1972)
At this Happening, which first occurred in the rain in Düsseldorf, Germany, participants walked towards the bay carrying a plastic sheet that protected those beneath it from the rain. Upon arrival, all of the collected water was dumped into the bay and the roles reversed—the dry people carried the plastic sheet and the wet people walked underneath. When they reached the original starting point, the collected water was poured on the ground.
