The artist collective Industry of the Ordinary will reinvent Work (1969)—in which a hallway is continually repainted—with a version titled Re-Work (For Allan Kaprow, Marina Abramovic and Philip-Lorca diCorcia). Two Hollywood-based sex-workers will be hired for eight hours at their standard rates to paint the area in colors of their choice.

Work (1969)
Work proposes the continuous repainting of a hallway by professional painters over a period of three weeks, with the colors chosen spontaneously by the painters. The process is open to viewing by an audience and demonstration by the painters. Video documentation of the process is transmitted live at a variety of types of theaters.
