The first mid-career survey of work by Simpson, this exhibition included 8 of her acclaimed image and text works (1985–1992); eight major photographs on felt (1994–1998); five film installations from 1997 to 2003, including Call Waiting; Easy to Remember; Interior/Exterior, Full/Empty; and a selection of the artist’s recent photographs (2001–03).
