Allan Kaprow and Paul McCarthy

On the occasion of Paul McCarthy’s midcareer retrospective in 2000, MOCA hosted a conversation between McCarthy and Allan Kaprow. Kaprow was a teacher and mentor to McCarthy, and the two were in a dialogue with one another beginning in the late 1960s.
